Tara, queen of Kishkindha, warned Vali, her husband and the Vanara king, not to fight Sugriva, his estranged brother, certain it would end badly. He fought anyway, and was killed. She was devastated but didn't get much time to grieve. Tara had to have the strength to move out of her grief & into responsibility. She advised Sugriva through the crisis, helped stabilize the kingdom, and later helped defuse Lakshmana's anger. Her growth was learning to feel deeply without letting emotion control the next decision.

- Double-braided russet-brown cord grounds the piece, steady the way Tara herself stayed steady.
- A circular wood medallion centers an abstract, tribal-style profile of Tara herself, ringed in a hand-painted folk border.
- Antiqued brass melon beads and ghungroo bells line both sides of the braid, catching light and sound as it moves.
- Two hand-painted wood barrel beads echo the pendant's folk pattern, framed by warm orange-red spacer beads.
